First Impressions : Taiwan from the Air

Every inch of land is used for arable farming. Each piece of land is called "ping" and farmers work very hard on the land growing vegetables of rice. Grapes are also grown wherever possible = even under the flyovers!!

Rice fields flooded with water are seen next to big factories.
The hardworking attitude of the Taiwanese is admirable.

My group tour turned out to be nice...not the usual city shopping till you drop. It was part eco - tourism.

Cheers.
