Floating World
One interesting thing I learned from the Sun Moon Lake farmers was this idea of growing crops and flowers in floating gardens.
If the Rajang River can be populated by little colourful gardens like these it would really add to the attraction of the Swan City!!
And how nice it will be for pretty ladies to row their boats and harvest crops like this in the river....life in the river would be cheerful and healthy!

I heard about that..my kumquats too in one year cost me so much...they died after a few months. I never bought them again.
Now they florists are selling other more exotic flowers.

Yes it would be a good idea if MMC would consider...the colours would make the lake beautiful...and probably the roots would absorb some of the pollution.....
yeah,the same goes with my kumquats.when i just bought them,they were so nice,pretty and glowing.just after 2 weeks,...the true colours show out hahaha !

We were told kumquats for Chinese new year were poisonous and not meant for eating!!
I hope no kids had tried to eat them here...
