Crabs form a very important part of Min Cuisine. Almost every restaurant of good standing would serve crabs especially in the cities.
Crabs are well tied by vendors using raffia strings or even red cloth!! And in fact there are many ways of tying up crabs for sale. Usually a red string makes them look so awesomely attractive.
