The Zhang (Tiong Clan) Sarawak Building in Upper Lanang Road Sibu

This post is dedicated to all my Zhang relatives all over the world...One of the recent developments in the history of the Zhang Clan in Sibu.

The Tiong or Zhang surname is one of the biggest Chinese surnames in the world.  In the Chinese language Zhang is therefore ranked as a Big Surname. The word Zhang is made up of two Chinese characters "Bow" (on the left) and "Long" (on the right).

Sibu has a large population of the Tiong family. And recently the  Tiong leaders established a Zhang Clan Building which also houses a History Gallery.

These photos will tell you all about it.

Anonymoud..you were in Chung Hua School?
I did like all my students. A classroom has a life..and it should be populated by great souls which were thirsty to learn...and as a teacher I have to ensure that the spirit of learning is always moving and active!!

You can remember the short time I was there?
