Miri Series : Florentina Nera Woodford
Florentina Nera Woodford came to Sarawak as a missionary from the PHilippines. She looked after the hostel in the Methodist School in Kapit. She was "mummy" to most of the students who were Ibans by ethnicity.
Soon she fell in love and married Eddie Woodford and they started a family.
In their mid lives, they moved to Miri where Eddie got a job with Shell and it was good.
Flor continued to do charity work and she enjoyed playhing the piano
o for the church.
She loves books and is thinking of writing a book.
