there are many kinds of buses in Kota Kinabalu.
Sometime ago I was keen on taking the ordinary buses to have a really good look at the roads and how the local people live in KK.
Most local people take this kind of city bus which goes into all the roads in KK. One ringgit per ride.
This is another one.
This is unforgettable - yes we still have ticket collectors.....
Tickets which have been around since the 1950's......Times have not changed in KK...and the local are still blessed by kindly ticket collectors who speak calmly and gently.

I have been to KK several times but never tried getting on a bus to enjoy the scenery. You have just gave me an idea & I am going there in a week's time.
