Chinese Chess and Rasa Sayang

Interesting Diploma students learning about Cultural Differences.

Malay and Chinese students singing Rasa Saya. Some of them said that they knew the song but never knew the words that well.

Can they write their own pantun? They might if given the time.

A Malay Boy and two other boys from different races play Chinese Chess. Not that easy they say. Can they read up about the history of Chinese Chess? May be if they have the time. Issue: time is very important. They don't have time to learn things which won't come out in the exams.....SIGH>>>>

A whole day of celebration - to acknowledge Diversity of Culture in Sarawak. A day well spent as an educator. The students need to learn and reflect.

LEST WE FORGET.
