1000 Kilometers through the Heart of Borneo - 9 : Simpang Tayan

Simpang Tayan



Simpang Tayang was a short stop over before we reached PUtussibau, a major stop in our West Kalimantan, Heart of Borneo Travel.

The dried lajong and dried lais fish really kept me very excited.

There were so many ways of preparing these two types of fish, found bountifully in the Kapuas River.

I like them deep fried or smoked.
