l dessertspoon instant yeast
200 gm flour
100 gm sesame seeds
1 eggs

Dough
600 gm high protein flour
400 ml water
2 dessert spoon oil
1 dessert spoon oil (for basting)
2-3 spoons flour
2 tsp soda bi carbonate
1-2 tsp salt
small amount of oil
Method
1. prepare yeast and leave for 1-2 hours
2. In a bowl pour 200 ml water. Add yeast . Add some more water and bi carbonate of soda . Add flour and oil.
3. Add more flur and knead dough until soft and spongy.
4. Rub with some oil and cover dough for about 2 hours.
5. Spread extra flour on board and knead dough once more.
Cut into 20 pieces.
6. Baste top of kompia.... Place in hot oven bake until golden.
