Tongkat Ali is a local herb used by many indigenous people to cure headaches and body aches in the past.
However in the last few years many West Malaysian companies have started to produce drinks like Tongkat Ali Cafe or Tongkat Ali tea and even capsulesto promote TA as a cure for ED or as an aid to men who are less satisfied with their sexual performances.
You can find Tongkat Ali in the jungles of Sarawak but they are hard to pull out. Nature has made the tree in such a way that it is actually very hard for a man to single handedly pull a tree and its root out of the ground. You probably need a bull dozer or several strong man.
Once a native man has a tongkat ali root he would dry it and then keep it well. In case any one has a head ache or is suffering from high blood pressure or even dizziness he would scrap a little of the root and pour some hot water in a glass. Consumption of the glass of liquid would ease the headache.
You have to ask honest men how effective natural TA is. And I am sure some of the manufactured TA capsules might have other ingredients!!

Have I told you this before? I saw the biggest Tongkat Ali in Miri.
Dear Anonymous..the Chao Yi Da/char is poor Foochow's ginseng. I love it and is really good for healthier muscles and decreasing body aches. We used to have them with mee sua once a month. And my grandma loved it. Not so my mum.
No Ann...any photos to show? Thanks for the link. Your brother in law ever tried TA?
It belongs to my uncle. He says it is for well being,
