Nasi Katok is an iconic snack in Brunei. The name katok might have come from Indonesia. But the way the Bruneians fry their chicken is amazing.
I love the special sambal too.
But then, to have a good meal with only Brunei 1.00 dollar? It is amazing.
I thank Cikgu Kok for taking us to a house where we could ta pau (take away) the best Nasi Katok in Brunei.
