1100 Steps to the Heavenly Horse Mountains

Photo from Google
We were told that there were 1100 steps to Tien Ma Shan or Heavenly Horse Mountains in Xian You. Also, there is an old legend which tells the story of Wanli Period of the Ming Dynasty (the stone steps are that old) 1584. Wang Jialu, sixth generation descendant of Want Hui and son-in-law of Zheng ruixing lived here with his wife, Zheng in seclusion.

this Tien Ma Shan looks majestic, like a horse in the sky. Hence the name. There are several peaks here.
This is one of the four major scenic spots of Xianyou. We dont have to pay any entrance tickets though from the gates we have a lot of steps to climb, apparently 1100 steps.

The Putien church sisters have no problem climbing the steps. It would take them less than half an hour, but for me it would be 1 and half hour. (I did not climb because the steps were so slippery.)
