
We were amazed by the dishes Fuzhou City restaurant chefs could come up with.
Our host prepared a whole menu for us to enjoy. But I was really happy with this interesting Fuzhou style spring roll. The crepe or pancake for the spring roll was thin and the texture was exactly what I remember. Only three plates formed the fillings. Fried beansprouts, small silver fish and an assortment of meat, jicama, spring onions were in the next plate. We rolled our own spring roll.
