There are many bridges in the Miri Division and this is one of them. This bridge was built in the 1960's by the colonial government, funded by Colombo Plan.
Interestingly there are many of these bridges with this design all over Sarawak. More than 5 decades later this bridge is very rusty. And perhaps with Pan Borneo Highway it will be replaced soon.
A special era of road travelling will be gone.
