In the olden days most of the kompia makers would have a special glass cabinet for their freshly made kompia and that is what I remember of my several visits to Sg. Merah - the warm kompia in the glass cabinet which we could look at.

Seen here is a glass cabinet with a modern design which keeps product clean and fresh along the five foot way.
