Sibu Tales : Chicken Rice on Three Wheels

This chicken rice man lives in Tiong Hua Road and he sends his chicken rice to the stall in a coffee shop.

Well recognized as a good man, he serves very good chicken rice. A very humble man.



 

It is not easy to cook chicken rice, especially when you have to serve more than 150 plates of chicken rice before 2 every day. One chicken can only be cut into `10 portions , sometimes `12. So to be able to sell more than 150 plates of chicken rice, the vendor has to prepare at least 15 chickens a day.

If a chicken rice vendor works alone, it can be very tough.
