Hari Raya Green Cake (Kek Lumut) from Sarawak
Kek lumut is a special cake from Sarawak. There are as many recipes as there are cooks !! So here is one I have taken from Google and it is in English.
Hope this recipe is a good one. It is always good to try to make your own. Sometimes when you book a cake from a friend you might not get it for the occasion. She might just forget to make it for you.
Or if your luck is very bad, she might just fail in making a good cake. And she might not even return your money. A friend often tells me that if you think a cake is a good one in the bakery, just buy ...Cash and carry is the best.
But any way if you have the time, enjoy making this cake this holiday!!
