Some guests coming? A very easy dish to prepare when you have help too. A lot of the ingredients are in the back yard and in the fridge. And you don't have to get a big chicken from the wet market.
This is a nyonya recipe, and you can always reduce the amount of chillies. The more limes, the better.
Ingredients:
lime juice
sugar
light soy sauce
fish sauce
lemon grass
torch binger bud
kaffir lime leaves
sweet basil leaves (20)
green chillies
dried shrim paste
red chillies
bean sprouts (tipped and toed)
rice vermicelli. scalded.
blend chillies amnd dried shrimp
Some fresh prawns if you have
This is a cold or salad dish.
