Have you ever tried to eat Shark Liver?

There are many companies all over the world now manufacturing shark liver supplements.

But how many people would like to eat it fresh?

Actually I came across this fish monger selling a huge piece of shark liver. It must have come from a very large shark.

His little son was not at all disturbed by the business and people coming around asking lots of questions.  He was truly carrying on business as usual.
