This must be the best free range chicken cooked with herbs in a big clay pot I have ever eaten.
the taste is exquisite. IN fact you can just sit by the road side and order one of this and eat it with two or three friends. You can ask for a bowl of rice each and another dish of vegetables.
I believe some of the herbs are good roots from the mountains. Must find out.
