Kinmen Island
Two amazing images remain in my mind from Kinmen Island. The peach orange kapok flowers and the bowl of special fresh oyster mee sua.
We went around the island, firstly to visit the Museum, to understand how Kinmen belongs to Taiwan and the role it plays in the history of the Chinese.
It was nice to re-live the roles of Ah Ping Gor (Soldiers) on the island and to see in real life the people of Kinmen.
The food is excellent. Would like to go back there one day.
It was so blessed to be able to come to Kinmen for a short one day trip.
