Kang kong

Image may contain: food

there are many ways of cooking kang kong.

Kang kong is easy to grow. It would be the first vegetables the Foochows would grow.

But as a soup, it is only done by the Foochows I heard.

To most Malaysians it is the best vegetables to serve any body. It is not too humble a vegetable. It is good enough for the Agong.

Praises have been sung of the vegetable, and one of the best names of dishes has been accorded to this vegetable. It is called the Best of the Malays.
