In Guilin, I saw for the first time a male weaver and he was a fairly old man in his 60's
He was one of the many weavers in the museum who demonstrated his skills when groups of tourists came by.
He also wore tribal costumes.
The weaving loom looks very complicated.
If you happen to visit Guilin don't forget to book the show Guilin Impression Liu San. (Choreographed by none other Zhang Yimou.) A Must See.
