A rich timber tycoon in Bintulu brought this whole buttress root system from his timber concession to his home in Bintulu. He is hoping to use it to landscape his grounds.
I am thinking it is very nice to be so rich and so well endowed with machinery.
It must have cost him a lot of man hours and money to bring this to his home.

Nature has done its part to create beauty.
The scars on the trunk, if only they could tell stories. Looks like it has this eye to seem, and wrinkles to tell its age.
