Sarawakian Local Delights : Threadfin

No photo description available.
Senangin is a beloved fish found in Sarawak.

It is a fish that has white and sweet flesh. It is best eating fried, and steamed. Once in a while it is cooked in Asam Pedas or Curry.

The threadfin is not easily found as it is a seasonal fish. When they are plentiful, the fishermen would salt them. Salted threadfin is a delicacy.
