Three Egg Bitter Gourd
With the help of social media and the tourism industry, restaurants, coffee shops and food vendors try their very best to introduce new food for their menu. Some are even very innovative, trying to invent new food like belacan fried chicken.
The Three Egg Bitter Gourd has been popular for a few years. Apparently it was introduced by a good chef in Hong Kong.
Bitter gourd is good for diabetics. It can lower cholesterol and blood sugars. And great for lowering of high blood pressure.
My mother ate raw bitter gourd slices, refrigerated over night, by the bowl, for three months and she was successful in controlling her blood pressure. I never saw any one more determined to get better.
We as a family love bitter gourd, cooked in any way.
