Asians will eat any thing!! Except tables and aeroplanes.
I suppose that is true if you really look seriously.
And one of my favourite is actually braised chicken feet. There are many ways of cooking chicken feet. Braised, steamed and made in Thai salad, just boiled in soup with szechuan vegetable or salted vegetable. I only wish we could easily buy deboned chicken feet. That would make chicken feet cold dish, Thai style very easily.
The Foochows believe that eating chicken feet helps one to increase calcium in one's body. The collagen found in the chicken feet also helps with tissue repair.
but geneerally chicken feet are very very economical to consume. A huge plate of them cost very little to the budget conscious foochow hosuewife.
